Nomination Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years working in the flow measurement field
• Have operated a minimum of 2 types of flow measurement equipment
• Have made presentations or conducted field demonstrations on flow measurement
• Have made significant contributions to the flow measurement industry
• Is currently working in the flow measurement field or is retired
• Water measurement activities has been or currently is a part of their job description
• Demonstrated a willingness to learn and/or explore emerging technology
